Turnaround time and budget for a :30 second commercial and supporting :15’s, :10’s and :05’s varies with the complexity and resource requirements of the script.

A two week turnaround time is a reasonable time frame for most commercial spots. That said, a simple overview of the commercial process works something like this.

3. Pre-production planning

5. Editing
